How Veygrit handles personal data and address information. Last updated: July 25, 2026.
1. Scope and approach
This Policy covers personal data handled by Veygrit Address Wallet. We treat private addresses as sensitive context: we use them only as needed to provide the wallet and do not sell unpublished address data or use it for behavioural advertising.
2. Information we handle
We handle account details, sign-in data, address and recipient details, phone numbers, delivery notes, stay dates, groups, settings, address photos, publication choices and, for Business accounts, organisation, team, role, audit and public-profile information.
3. Sources and purposes
Data comes from your input, the sign-in provider you select, passkey-capable devices, payment-provider subscription status, your optional location permission and published official-address information. We use it for authentication, the wallet, address assistance, billing, security, support and legal compliance.
4. Private and public data
Unpublished addresses, phone numbers, delivery notes and photos are private by default. Only fields explicitly selected for an official address may be displayed publicly. Public information can be copied or republished by others, so withdrawing publication cannot always retrieve copies already made.
5. Storage and safeguards
In configured environments, private wallet data is protected by authenticated ownership and authorised Business-role access controls. Address records are not designed to be delivered through Realtime. Production address-photo storage uses a private bucket and user-scoped folders; photos are optimised to AVIF where available and WebP otherwise.
6. Providers and international processing
We may use Supabase for authentication, database and storage; Google or Apple for an account-creation method you choose; Stripe for payments; and a configured reverse-geocoding provider when you request an address candidate. Providers can process information outside your country. Before commercial launch we will publish the applicable providers, processing regions and safeguards.
7. Location, photos and payments
Location is requested only when you choose current-location address entry; coordinates are not saved as an address record. A photo is stored only if you add one and is not public unless you opt in. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by Veygrit; we retain limited plan, billing-result and fraud-prevention records where needed.
8. Retention and deletion
Private wallet data is kept until you delete it or close your account. Account deletion targets private addresses, settings and address photos. Legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and payment records, and copies of information already published by third parties, can have separate retention requirements.
9. Your choices and rights
You can review, change or delete the profile and address data you manage in My Page and Settings. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing or receive portable data. Contact us to exercise rights that are not available in the app.
10. Changes and contact
We will show the effective date and material changes when this Policy changes. Before commercial launch, Veygrit will publish the legal operator, privacy contact, retention schedule, request procedure and region-specific disclosures after legal and security review.
